Initial consultation

Designs begin with a meeting to discuss your requirements and to take a look at your garden. We will then provide a fixed fee proposal for all design work to be carried out.

Site survey

Once we have agreed a proposal of work, we complete a full site survey in which accurate scale plans are drawn up. For larger or more complex sites a land surveyor is used.

Outline Plan

An outline plan is drawn up showing the proposed design. This allows us to present our ideas for your garden. We can then talk through any changes that you may wish to make.

Construction drawings and tendering

Great gardens need great details.  These ensure fair price comparisons are made for all contractors. It also ensures that you have the garden built that you expect. Details include hard landscape plans, setting out plans, specifications and detailed designs details such as walls, paving, decks, water features and lighting.

Contract Administration

We are available to monitor all works to completion, ensuring that work is completed to a good standard, to budget and agreed timescales.
We will liaise with architects, planners, contractors and other professionals where appropriate.
Submissions for necessary statutory approval can also be made as required.

Planting plans

We offer a full plant supply and planting service. We provide detailed maintenance schedules for all plantings.  We are also able to help with garden maintenance techniques for the uncertain gardener.
