The clients have had some work done in the garden but the garden is never used. The terraces are never dined on, the seats not rested on, no coffee is ever drunk outside. Why?
The spaces are not connected, they are very open with little privacy and the rear terrace is often cold. The front of the house is dominated by the car and the terraces keep you away from the garden.
Solution: beef up the boundaries. Make a front garden and seperate public and private space. Ensure that there is enough space for parking and for guests, for manouvering and close enough to the house when unloading shopping.
